We have six dedicated Designated Safeguarding Officers (DSOs) to ensure that there is always a trained professional available, regardless of when a concern arises. All of our staff members are trained to follow our robust safeguarding policy, which is regularly reviewed and updated. Additionally, we adhere to strict Safer Recruitment practices to ensure that those who join our team are not only qualified but also fully aligned with our safeguarding ethos.
